VIC QUARTER: The new commercial tenants who have now opened their doors at VQ!
We are very excited to announce the opening of two new commercial tenants at VQ!
Modus Coffee and Chatto Handcrafted Tea have both joined Boston Brewing Co and Woven & Willow at 660 Albany Highway, adding some extra flair and excitement to the Vic Park Strip.
Modus Coffee:
From Beaufort Street to Albany Highway, Modus Coffee have brought their iconic brand to Vic Quarter.
Experts in coffee and sustainable practices, the team at Modus take pride in minimising waste by using all they can. From pickling leftover vegetables in-house, and making excess milk into ricotta cheese for sandwiches, adds to their very impressive ‘Stuff on Toast’ menu. They even roast their coffee at their warehouse in East Victoria Park!
With seating space for 20 people and an outside bench for customers to wait for take-ways with their dogs, Modus are excited to add their presence to the VQ community.

Chatto Vic Park – Handcrafted Tea Bar:
The Japanese Handcrafted Tea Bar established in Malaysia and now in Vic Park!
Chatto is a one-of-a-kind tea bar, using premium quality tea imported from Shizuoka, Japan, Taiwan and China. Offering a wide variety of flavours to suit every customer including organic and healthy options, Chatto place a high importance on the balance between tea and sugar in every single brew.
The space provides a soothing atmosphere for you to work, study, relax and socialise while enjoying quality handcrafted tea and a bite to eat!
